CBK card terms and pricing
- World Card: Customers who successfully apply for the World Card will be awarded 12,500 welcome bonus Avios. Welcome bonus Avios will be awarded no later than 15 working days from the date on which the card is effectively issued. World Card Cardholders will collect Avios for every qualifying transaction at the following conversion rates: 3 Avios for every 1KWD domestic spend, 5 Avios for every 1KWD international spend and 6 Avios for every 1KWD spent online at ba.com.
- Platinum Card: Customers who successfully apply for the Platinum Card will be awarded 7,500 welcome bonus Avios. Welcome bonus Avios will be awarded, no later than 15 working days from the date on which the card is effectively issued. Platinum Card Cardholders will collect Avios for every qualifying transaction at the following conversion rates: 2 Avios for every 1KWD domestic spend, 3 Avios for every 1KWD international spend and 4 Avios for every 1KWD spent online at ba.com.

Card limits
- World: Minimum credit limit of KD 1,000 and maximum credit limit of KD 10,000
- Platinum: Minimum credit limit of KD 500 and maximum credit limit of KD 10,000
Age limit
- World and Platinum applicants must be between 21 and 70 years of age for Kuwaitis Nationals and 21 to 64 for non-Kuwaiti Nationals.
- Prepaid applicants must be between 15 and 70 years of age for Kuwaitis Nationals and 15 to 64 for non-Kuwaiti Nationals.
Card validity
- World and Platinum cards are valid for a maximum of 4 years.
- Prepaid cards are valid for a maximum of 4 years.
Monthly repayment
- The monthly repayment for a British Airways card product from CBK along with other retail payment obligations (with CBK and other lenders) should not exceed 40% (30% for Pensioners) of a customer’s salary and income.
