Bilt Rewards

With Bilt Rewards, you can now collect Avios just by paying your rent. You’ll collect 1 Avios for every Bilt Point you convert which can then be used to book your flight, hotel, or experience. Where will your Avios take you?

How do you collect Avios?

  • Step 1: Join Bilt Rewards, a loyalty program that lets you earn points on rent, by visiting the Bilt Rewards Site.
  • Step 2: Download the Bilt Rewards app and visit the “Travel” tab, and under “Bilt Loyalty Partners” choose Avios and link your account.
  • Step 3: In the Bilt Rewards app, choose the amount of Bilt Points you’d like to transfer to Avios.

Terms and Conditions
  1. To be eligible for this offer, Customers must be at least 18 years old and be either a member of The British Airways Club and a Bilt Rewards account holder (“Eligible Customers” or in the singular, an “Eligible Customer”). Eligible Customers must link their Bilt Rewards account to their British Airways Club account in order to convert their Bilt Reward points into Avios.
  2. To link a Bilt Rewards account to a British Airways Club account, Eligible Customers must download the Bilt Rewards app and link the accounts within the Bilt Rewards app.
  3. Only one Bilt Rewards account can be linked to one British Airways Club account at any given time.
  4. A Bilt Rewards account can be linked and unlinked to any British Airways Club accounts a maximum of four times in a calendar year.
  5. To convert their Bilt Rewards points into Avios, Eligible Customers must download the Bilt Rewards app and have a Bilt Rewards account and British Airways Club account linked.
  6. A minimum of 1,000 Bilt Rewards points are required to make a conversion into Avios.
  7. Upon conversion, Avios can only be awarded to a British Airways Club account that the Bilt Rewards account has been linked to.
  8. Avios will be credited within 24 hours to the Eligible Customers’ British Airways Club account when Bilt Rewards points are manually converted into Avios.
  9. Once Bilt Rewards points are converted to Avios, they'll be awarded in the Eligible Customer’s British Airways Club account, and The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions apply. Avios are issued by and redeemed with Avios Group (AGL) Limited in accordance with Avios Terms and Conditions. For full details please visit ba.com/avios.
  10. British Airways PLC reserves the right to remove any Avios and close any British Airways Club account that British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited or Bilt Rewards believes has obtained or redeemed Avios in breach of these Terms and Conditions or in breach of The British Airways Club Terms and Conditions.
  11. Avios are not redeemable for cash.
  12. Avios Group (AGL) Limited or British Airways PLC are not liable for redemptions made through Bilt Rewards.
  13. For missing Avios queries, please contact The British Airways Club customer service through our online form stating Bilt Rewards as the non-airline partner.
  14. Bilt Rewards is not liable for the flight, accommodations, or any other rewards redemptions made through The British Airways Club.
  15. For missing Bilt Rewards points please contact Bilt Rewards.
  16. Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Bilt Rewards reserve the right to change or modify these Terms and Conditions.
  17. Any personal information you supply may be used by British Airways PLC in accordance with its Privacy Policy, by Bilt Rewards in accordance with its Privacy Policy and by Avios Group (AGL) Limited in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  18. When linking your accounts your personal data may be shared among British Airways PLC, Avios Group (AGL) Limited and Bilt Rewards to facilitate the transfer of Avios and / or Bilt Rewards points, and for marketing and analytical purposes, subject to the companies’ privacy policies and applicable law.
