1. Members of The British Airways Club who are Heathrow Rewards members can convert Heathrow Rewards points into Avios.

As a member of The British Airways Club, you can collect one Avios for every £1 or €1 you spend with The Bicester Collection. Just present your Club membership card (or proof of membership) and shopping receipts at the Village Welcome Centre or Concierge Services on the day of your visit to collect your Avios.

The Bicester Collection lets you enjoy savings of up to 60% on the recommended retail price at more than 1,300 boutiques of the world’s premier fashion and lifestyle brands.

If you’re unable to visit the Villages, you can still enjoy these unmissable savings via their Virtual Shopping service. Now you have even more ways to collect Avios while you shop.

1. Members of The British Airways Club will collect one Avios for every £1/€1* spent at The Bicester Collection.
2. The awarding of Avios may take up to eight weeks from the date of purchase.
3. Club members should collect their Avios on the day of purchase by visiting the Village Welcome Center or Concierge Services and presenting their membership card along with their shopping receipts.
4. If Club members don't remember to visit the Welcome Centre or Concierge Services on the day, they can collect their Avios by submitting their full name, contact details, Club membership number and scanned copies of their shopping receipts by email to: TravelTrade@TheBicesterCollection.com to have Avios added to their account retrospectively.
5. Requests will be submitted to the relevant Village and Club members will receive confirmation of their Avios transaction by email. No transactions will be carried out without shopping receipts or proof of purchases made on the day. Avios must be collected within 30 days of the purchases.
