If you regularly need help when you travel, you can save your preferences to your Executive Club account profile and we’ll automatically add them to any future bookings you make.
To save your preferences, go to your personal profile page and find the ‘Disability and mobility assistance’ section.
If you don’t have an account yet, it’s easy and free to create one. What’s more, you’ll be able to collect Avios to help pay for upgrades on your next holiday.
Accessibility statement for ba.com
We want everyone who visits and books on our website to feel welcome and have a successful experience with us.
What are we doing?
To help us make our website a positive place for everyone, we've been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and user friendly for everyone.
The guidelines have three levels of accessibility (A, AA and AAA). We’ve chosen Level AA as the target for our website.
Our progress so far
We're working hard to achieve our goal of Level AA accessibility, but we realise there are some areas that still need improving.
We'll continue to update and monitor the website regularly as we make progress towards our AA target, but if you do find any problems, please get in touch with us at digital.accessibility@ba.com.
This mailbox is only for people experiencing accessibility problems on our website or apps. If you want to report other issues with our website, please use the ‘Feedback’ tab that you’ll find on the right-hand side of every page.
