Lunches feature much-loved burgers and salads, along with mimosas and margaritas. Meanwhile, little ones can find yummy choices from the children’s menu — such as cheesy chips. When night falls on this vibrant city, dine on sophisticated ceviche and lobster bucatini or opt for the catch of the day for an authentic seafood flavour.

Adventurous foodies will love Zuma, which is situated on Miami’s glitzy waterfront. This lunch and dinner spot sizzles up Japanese cuisine in an ultra-sophisticated manner. Experience izakaya – a Japanese take on tapas and sample unique seafood sashimi or opt for succulent tomahawk steak. Sweet treats, like banana cake with green tea infusion, are also served.

The in-house bar is located at Maison F.P. Journe and is the hotel’s showstopper. Vintage vibes pervade Bar Journe, with its mahogany infused backdrop and vintage clocks decorating the scene.
