Two pools and two private beach lidos offer plenty of space to unwind beside the sea – there’s also a shallow kids’ pool. The hotel’s main open-air swimming pool features year-round heated fresh water. Lounge on the vast sun-soaked deck or dip your toes in, even on the coldest of days. The resort offers three restaurants and a selection of bars. Serving breakfast, The Terrace offers a stylish buffet with a live omelette station and an ‘eat well’ corner. Tuck into Maltese and Italian cuisine at Palio’s Trattoria, or for fine dining by the sea, Quadro serves Mediterranean and Asian-fusion dishes (open seasonally). Set in a 19th century boathouse, The Boathouse Lounge, Wine & Tapas offers fine wines, Champagnes and modern tapas (open seasonally). The lobby’s elegant ORVM Lounge and Piano bar is inviting, with floor-to-ceiling glass doors, opening out to a veranda overlooking the sea – the perfect spot to enjoy a ‘Crafted at Westin’ cocktail.
