Dining information
The 24-hour Tick Tock Diner is delightfully retro. It’s here that you can enjoy classic American-style comfort food, including an all-day breakfast, stacked burgers and popular grilled cheese sandwiches. There are plenty of tempting items on the breakfast menu, too, including omelettes, pancakes, waffles and French toast.
If you’re craving Italian flavours, head to Trattoria Bianca, where Chef Julian Clauss-Ehlers displays his formidable knowledge and talent cooking regional Tuscan cuisine. The restaurant also serves creative Italian cocktails – including five variations of Negroni – and fine wines by the glass. Butcher & Banker offers another unique dining experience, within a former 1930s bank vault under the hotel. The steak menu features a long list of sides, and you can order classic cocktails and whiskeys late into the evening.
