This charming, laid-back resort is modelled on the late 19th-century seaside resorts of New England. It has one of the best pool complexes of any of the Disney hotels and a pristine, white sandy beach. There is also a spa and health club and a choice of dining outlets serving a good variety of dishes, catering for all tastes.
Located in the Disneyland-Epcot Center complex within walking distance to Epcot and a convenient boat ride to Disney’s Hollywood Studios. Or you can easily reach Disney’s Skyliner Transportation, where you can board the gondola and enjoy a bird's eye view as you glide across to either park. You can also ride the complimentary, air-conditioned bus service to reach the remaining parks throughout Walt Disney World Resort. The resort is 21 miles from Orlando International Airport and there are plenty of shopping and dining opportunities within a 10-mile radius.
Guest rooms continue the themes of the hotel’s 19th century New England style. This includes furnishings such as white wicker furniture and a pale pink and soft green décor. They are well-equipped with a good range of amenities. These include a coffee maker, fridge and in-room safe. There is a satellite or cable TV, air conditioning and internet access. All of the rooms have black-out drapes, which can be particularly useful when trying to create a sleep-inducing atmosphere for young children. In keeping with the surf and sand theme, one of the most popular attractions is Stormalong Bay – a water playground, where 795,000 gallons of water culminate across three impressive pools, a 230-foot-long waterslide – one of the highest hotel slides at Walt Disney World Resort, and a lazy river. The life-sized shipwreck replica will also keep the kids entertained. Seek out the three whirlpool spas and the elevated tanning deck for a spot of relaxation or hire a mini-powerboat and cruise the waterways of Crescent Lake. Ship Shape Health Club will keep you in ship shape or you can enjoy a beauty treatment in the spa.
The kids’ club, Sandcastle Club, provides an excellent choice of organised and supervised activities for children aged between four and 12. In addition there’s an arcade featuring popular video games.

Start your day with a hot breakfast at The Beach Club Marketplace or fuel up on lunch and dinner. Or join some of your Disney pals for a Character breakfast at Cape May Café, or you can enjoy brunch, lunch and a casual seafood dinner buffet here too. Stop off at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop for an old-fashioned soda fountain and American grill favourites, or head to Mickey's Ice Cream Bar for dessert. Hurricane Hanna's Waterside Bar and Grill at Stormalong Bay will keep you refreshed with frozen drinks or a draft beer by the pool. After a long day in the parks Martha's Vineyard is a welcomed retreat, with its New England beach house-inspired vibe, serving signature cocktails, wines and draft beers.
