The spa is inspired by ‘Ef Zin’, the Greek principle of living well – both physically and mentally. As sustainability measures, the hotel uses solar energy and grey water recycling. They also incorporate local and sustainable products throughout the property.
Dining information
There are two restaurants and three bars. The Nous Pool Restaurant, Bar & Lounge is open all day serving international cuisine. Its indoor and outdoor seating is surrounded by rattan, casting beautiful patterns of shade. The romantic Signature Bar & Dining offers Mediterranean-inspired fine dining, using organic and local ingredients. Think sweet fresh tomatoes, grilled Halloumi, and local seafood, all seasoned with homegrown herbs. Dine indoors or under the stars around the cosy outdoor fireplace. Looking for something lighter? Located by the spa, Vitamin Bar serves nutritious meals, wholesome salads and refreshing juices.
Additional information
Although the cliffside location may not be ideal for those less mobile, there are accessible rooms. The hotel closes from December to May.
