The area provides many attractions including ancient Tulum, Cenote Cristalino and Xcaret. Cancun International Airport is approximately 33 miles away.

You’ll find a second lagoon style pool and an infinity style pool with a swim-up bar by the beach. For a cosy swim, there’s three man-made cenotes, which are cave style pools surrounded by rock walls.

The spa aims to aid self-healing and stress recovery through relaxation, nutritional advice and use of locally sourced natural ingredients. You’ll find a beauty salon, sauna, steam room and an outdoor spa pool – enhanced with pressure jets, waterfalls and a bubble area.
If you fancy keeping active the resort’s state-of-the-art gym comes complete with great equipment. There’s also a wealth of activities and entertainment. Head to the beach for volleyball and yoga, or try your hand at kayaking, paddle boarding and snorkelling. You’ll find several classes and sessions, from archery and tennis to dance and cocktail making, as well as arranged bike tours. Catch live music, shows and entertainment in the amphitheatre, both day and night, with its own bar for refreshments. If you can find it, The Gypsy Club is the resort’s hidden gem. This club offers sleek speakeasy-style, punchy drinks and a fabulous place to party.

A generous array of restaurants means you could dine somewhere different every day. The main buffet restaurant, market café, serves breakfast, lunch and dinner in a casual farmers market style venue. In the mornings, fuel up with hot and cold plates, fresh fruit and pastries, then refresh at the juice bar. Be it a morning brew or a late-night sandwich, the 24-hour Coco Café has everything you need – try their flaky pastries, fruit selection and fresh pressed juices. Situated on stilts over the main lagoon pool, Bamboo boasts southeast Asian cuisine and a delicious plant-based menu, under a grand canopy for both lunch and dinner. Head to Sea Soul for leisurely lunches in the sun and relaxed dinners accompanied by a live band. Offering a chilled beach club vibe, you’ll find all your favourite cocktails on the menu here.
For a romantic evening meal, Bisou brings French a la carte to the table, while Allora plates up fine Italian fare. Taste fresh seafood dishes by the beach at Seasoul, before grabbing a fruity cocktail from Sugar Reef beach bar to take to your lounger. Satisfy your inner carnivore at Ember, a smokehouse style restaurant, or grab a quick grilled bite at Barefoot Grill. Dos Almas provides authentic Mexican cuisine with an optional taco and tequilla tasting bar (at a supplement). Suki offers delectable Asian fusion a la carte – standout selections from the menu include the rock shrimp and the tuna sashimi. Try their sushi and teppanyaki tables available at a supplement.
For drinks, cocktails and refreshments there’s plenty of bars including Cove Bar by the lagoon pool, Mantarray swim-up bar in the beach pool, and for preferred club guests there’s the Observatory on the rooftop. Moxche theatre bar serves refreshments during entertainment and Dark Horse offers a cosy sports bar, televising sporting events, with a golf simulator and foosball tables. If it’s a quiet evening in you're after, Lobby Bar boasts a cosy ambience and atmospheric live music.
Additional information
A dress code applies in the restaurants. Casual wear is expected in Barefoot Grill, Coco Cafe, Market Café, lunch at Bamboo, Dark Horse, lunch in Seasoul and the Observatory. This includes Bermudas, long shorts or capri pants, sneakers and sandals. Ladies must cover up swimwear and there’s no sleeveless shirts for men. A Casual Elegance dress code applies in Dos Almas, Suki, Allora, Bamboo, Bisou, Observatory and Seasoul. This includes dress shirts with short sleeves or collared shirts, sneakers, tennis shoes or dress sandals. No sleeveless shirts or flip flops are permitted, and long pants are required for men.
