El Fuerte Marbella is a beachfront property close to the old town of Marbella. Surrounded by gardens, it's a tranquil escape, offering a selection of gastronomy and sea views. Other facilities
You’ll find a pool situated in the west building and a second pool in the east building. The second pool is exclusively for adults from June to September but welcome to all for the rest of the year - it's also heated during the colder months (not covered). There’s also an additional adults-recommended infinity pool alongside the Edge Skybar on the rooftop. If you’ve forgotten some holiday reading, borrow a book from the library – or stay a while and cool off with a new read.
Afterwards, visit the El Fuerte Spa by Clarins, offering a dynamic pool, relaxing pool, sauna, Turkish bath, sensation showers and of course, a menu of treatments using products by world-renowned brand, Clarins (children aged 14 to 18 are permitted but must be accompanied by an adult). A gym provides sea views.
Not just a haven for adults, a kids’ club provides entertainment for those aged 4 to 12 (opening times vary depending on season).
Dining information
A handful of tempting eateries provide plenty of choice, as well as vegetarian, vegan and halal options. Le Marche offers a classic buffet breakfast in the mornings, with a la carte fine dining featuring fresh, local produce in the evenings (drinks not included). Open from noon until the wee hours, Levante offers healthy cuisine inspired by seasonal Andalusian ingredients, as well as international offerings, including sandwiches. It’s also attached to a bar, serving refreshments poolside. For Mediterranean dishes from paellas to fried seafood, head to Soleo Marbella open from midday until late evening (varies by season).
Coffee lovers can retreat to Qahwa coffee house for blends from local micro-roasters, as well as a choice of infusions and sweet and savoury snacks. If you’re hanging out by the adults-recommended pool, Edge Skybar serves a host of creative cocktails exploring the latest trends in mixology alongside breathtaking views of the old town and Sierra Blanca. In the summer months, you'll also find a restaurant by Michelin starred Chef Paco Perez here.
