Other facilities
The seawater infinity pool overlooks the pine tree-lined sea and distant mountains, bordered by stone-coloured sun loungers and umbrellas. It’s joined by a small activity pool for children, with sprinkler toys and waterslides. Plus, there’s also a baby pool for the smallest guests. If you prefer to frequent the beach, V Sport Point is the place to head for stand-up paddleboarding, snorkelling and Nordic walking equipment rental. You can relax here too, but charges apply for sun lounger hire.
Split into two age groups – 3 to 7 and 7 to 12 – the Maro Mini and Maxi clubs offer a variety of supervised child-friendly activities, as well as a soft play area. A game lounge is the perfect hideout for teens, with consoles, big screen TVs, table football and darts. Maro disco and party events, as well as weekly cinema evenings and live music, will keep the whole family entertained.
Sun and Spa by Valamar features a sauna, outdoor massage corner, manicure area and a selection of massages. There’s also a heated indoor freshwater pool and fitness room, as well as a Stay Fit programme operating six times per week in the summer months, providing outdoor activities such as aqua workouts and sporting tournaments.
Dining information
Mediterraneo Restaurant offers a buffet breakfast and dinner, with Dalmatian specialities and two themed nights per week. By the outdoor pool, refreshing drinks, light meals and sandwiches can be found at Mezzino Snack Bar. Located in front of the hotel on the promenade, La Pentola Trattoria Italiana offers a la carte Italian eats with sea views, including handmade pastas, speciality fish and meat dishes. Sip coffees or cocktails at the Vero lobby bar, indoors or on the spacious terrace.
