There's two family pools; Splash has different depth levels so that everyone can enjoy a fun dip. Just a few metres away, there’s a kids' pool with a game zone for the little ones where they can paddle and splash to their heart’s content. The Lagoon is the perfect option when you can't decide between having a pool or a beach day – situated right on the seafront with direct access to the beach. Or adults only can hang out at Eden, choosing between one of the cool semi-covered loungers right inside the pool or one of the round beds alongside the pool.

Relax at Rock Spa, where you can enjoy a pampering treatment - Rock Royalty guests can also enjoy free access to the thermal circuit (once per person, per stay). Take your time in a steam bath, plunge into an invigorating ice bath, or for the ultimate in relaxation, treat yourself to an exclusive massage. Those looking to sculpt a rock star body can make the most of the Body Rock gym. Or if you want to indulge in a little retail therapy, you can pick up a branded product at the Rock Shop.

If you're feeling restless there is a wealth of activities on offer whether you're looking for an aerobics, yoga, pilates or Zumba class. Or you want to play a game of ping-pong, basketball, volleyball, football, use the multi-purpose courts, play a round of minigolf or go snorkelling.

Children of all ages are well looked after at Hard Rock Hotel Tenerife. Lullaby care centre welcomes those aged six months to three years of age with a maximum stay of 2 hours a day at extra charge and on request, while Roxity Kids’ Club has a range of activities for children from 4 up to 11 years, including music, games, races, group activities, talent contests and performances. Teenagers can escape to Teen Spirit for Xboxes, HD television screens, age-specific activities and a separate area with a small cinema. There are also plenty of sports, contests, and a wide range of evening activities and theme parties to continue the entertainment. Don’t miss local and world-famous acts performing on the main stage, as well as dance parties and events, located next to the artificial lagoon.

Open for breakfast and dinner with views of the ocean and with dietary options including celiac and vegan, Sessions offers an international buffet with traditional Canarian dishes and show cooking. When you’re spending the day by the pool, bars Splash and Eden offer snacks, light bites, refreshments and cocktails. Catch a game at 3rd Half sports bar (open five days a week) and tuck into Tex-Mex or sip a coffee at Constant Grind. You can also grab a late lunch at the Beach club (15:00 till 16:30). Open for dinner on select nights of the week, Montauk Steakhouse serves quality cuts and delicious sides paired with a specially selected wine list. Or head to Suena Chido for an Mexican-style dinner and 'Narum'i for Asian cuisine - both open five days a week. Le Petit Chef also offers an unmatched gastronomic experience using immersive and interactive 3D Mapping Technology to deliver stories with bespoke visuals - choose from classic, vegetarian or junior menus here and enjoy the show. End your evening at The 16th sky lounge, and watch the sunset as you listen to live music with a cocktail or a glass of Champagne.

Guests booked on half board will have breakfast and dinner included in Sessions, drinks not included. Half board guest can also dine in Narumi, Suena Chido and Montauk à la carte restaurants, enjoying a discount of EUR 30 per adult and EUR 15 per child. All a la carte restaurants have a dress code and require a prior reservation.

If your stay covers New Year’s Eve, you’ll be able to party into the new year with an open bar, DJ, performances and fireworks on the lake until 02:00. The all-inclusive and half board packages include an extra special dinner on New Year’s Eve, or you can upgrade to a gala dinner, which offers a themed celebration meal in the convention hall – please contact the hotel directly to upgrade.
