Whether you’re visiting with, or without family, there's plenty of places to unwind. Lounge by the large infinity pool on one of the waterbeds, make splash in the family pool or savour some grown-up time in the adult-only oasis. Indulge with a dip in the indoor spa and book yourself in for some 'me time' at the Spa by Clarins. Treatments use their signature products created with plant extracts, to pamper the face and body. Post-treatment a steaming sauna, thermal shock showers and foot baths, hydrotherapy pools and a meditation area await.

For those who like to keep active, the health club is well equipped and there are yoga, spinning and Pilates classes. Evening activities are available, too, and vary according to each season.

Kids are well catered for as well with a dedicated children’s pool – complete with pirate ship, a baby pool for the littlest guests and an array of kids' clubs. The Baby Club, for tots aged eight months to four years, offers safe and supervised sessions from 10:00 until 13:00, as well as an option for parents to 'Stay and Play' in the afternoons. The Mini Club, for children aged five to 12, also puts on a jam-packed programme of age-appropriate activities. Meanwhile, kids aged 13 and over can join in, too, with a variety of educational, sporting and wellness sessions – promising parents some well-earned quiet time. Even once the sun sets, you’ll find dazzling evening entertainment to occupy the whole family – from fabulous flamenco nights to calming candlelit shows.

Start the day with an international buffet breakfast at Pangea, followed by lunch as Oasis Pool Grille — where you can tuck into Mediterranean dishes. For dinner, L´olio provides Italian cuisine with moonlit views of La Gomera island, Nami Bistro serves Asian cuisine with show cooking and teppanyaki tables, and Duo offers flambeed specialities. There are seven bars to choose from for refreshments, including a pool bar, Nemos lounge with live music, Areia Beach Bar where you can sip your favourite cocktail and Ocean Terrace where you can admire the sunset.

Guests staying on a half board or all-inclusive basis for less than seven nights can enjoy daily visits to the Food Market Pangea restaurant, as well as two complimentary dinners in any of the a la carte restaurants (Oasis, L'Olio, Nami or Agave, advance reservations required). For stays of seven nights or more, daily visits to the Food Market Pangea restaurant are once again included and you can enjoy three dinners at any of the a la carte restaurants (Oasis, L'Olio, Nami or Agave, advance reservations required). Upgrade to the a half board or all-inclusive package to also enjoy a 30% discount in three of the resort's fine dining restaurants; Duo Steackhouse (for all), Le bistrôt Provençal and La Terrasse by Jorge Peñate (both Red Level restaurants and adult-only 16+ years).
