The Grille is an intimate, fine dining restaurant which offers a gourmet, à la carte menu. This restaurant is for dinner only so it’s worth reserving a table, especially if it’s a busy weekend. Savour fine rum-inspired cocktails and local dishes such as fresh seafood, succulent grilled meats and Catch of the Day specials. For casual dining, the Lighthouse Terrace offers indoor and alfresco tables, with pleasing terrace views of the ocean and the property’s historical lighthouse. Try the bounteous breakfast buffet or come here for a leisurely lunch or themed dinner.

Light snacks, lunches and refreshments are available at the poolside bar, Water’s Edge, so you won’t have to wander far from the pool. There’s also the Careenage Bar which serves tropical island drinks in a laid-back Caribbean atmosphere. Order from an extensive cocktail menu and relish smaller Bajan, tapas dishes.

The dress code at the Hilton Barbados stipulates that “casual evening attire” should be worn in all bars and restaurants in the evening and shoes must always be worn. Men are required to wear shirts with sleeves.

Expect to pay a tourism levy which is based on your stay per room, per night. Prices are subject to change without notice and this mandatory fee is not included in the price of your holiday. The tourism levy will need to be paid directly to the hotel.
