Our Disney Area Homes are humbly decorated, each to the individual homeowner’s specifications, offering guests a relaxing base to return to after spending the day exploring the sights and attractions of Orlando. Location... Set in residential locations such as Kissimmee, Haines City, Davenport or Clermont and are within a 22 mile drive of Walt Disney World. Facilities & amenities... Each home is air-conditioned, well-equipped and spacious with its own private screened swimming pool, offering an ideal base. Inside there is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV for the family to enjoy a quiet night in. All linens and towels are provided and household equipment such as an iron/ironing board, vacuum cleaner and laundry facilities make guests feel at home. Please be aware that whilst we work very hard to make sure that all homes are clean and comfortable for the guests, they are used all year round, therefore some signs of wear and tear may be visible. ** Welcome Pack Consists of: Milk, Coffee, Tea, Sugar, Cereal, Orange Juice, Bread, Butter & Jam ** Dining... All of our Disney Area Homes have a fully-fitted kitchen as standard. Kitchen facilities may include a conventional oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffeemaker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Local supermarkets are easily accessible, or dining out in Orlando is a great option due to the variety of eateries located here. Owners usually furnish homes to their own specifications therefore dining tables are unlikely to fully seat a large party. Room info... Homes are furnished with a master bedroom with a king- or queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom, plus additional bedrooms each sleeping up to two people - they may contain twin beds, a double bed or a bunk bed with additional bathroom(s). Occupancy levels are as follows: - 3 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 6 guests - 4 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 8 guests - 5 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 10 guests - 6 Bedroom Home: Maximum of 12 guests Homes may be equipped to accommodate an additional two people when using a sleeper sofa or roll away beds that can be placed in the main living area. For reasons of privacy and comfort, we strongly recommend that guests do not exceed the recommended occupancy levels. Not all homes feature a sleeper sofa or roll away bed and these must be pre-paid at the time of booking. Pool Heating is available and can be added at the time of booking we recommend pool heating during the months of October – April. Please note: Florida State Law requires all clients to register and all home bookings are required to pay a Property Protection Fee of $6 per day (capped at $126) by credit or debit card, as part of the registration and online check in.
