Disney's Art of Animation Resort boasts the largest resort pool in Walt Disney World Resort. Known as the Big Blue Pool, it is inspired by the Finding Nemo movie and features giant figures of Nemo,Dory, Crush, and other familiar characters from the film. Next to this zero-entry pool, there’s an interactive splash zone and a nemo-themed playground, both of which appeal to younger children.

There are another two pools within the resort. The Cozy Cone Pool pays homage to the film Cars and includes unique, cone-shaped cabanas and life-size models of animated characters. There’s also the Flippin' Fins Pool which is based on The Little Mermaid; here you’ll find an “Under the Sea Orchestra” conducted by Sebastian, and more playful character models. Pool lifts are available for guests with disabilities or limited mobility.

Elsewhere, explore the enchanting courtyards around the property and admire the themed sets which feature larger than life character models (such as those of Timon and Pumbaa, Aerial and King Triton). You can head to the Pixel Play Arcade to play video games and classic arcade games, or enjoy a gentle stroll or jog around the property’s scenic jogging trail. In the evenings, head outside to watch complimentary Disney film screenings in the open-air.

Landscape of Flavours is a large, themed food court which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Start your day here with a variety of pastries, fruits and smoothies and choose from a wide-ranging selection of fresh food items for lunch and dinner – including soups, salads, hot sandwiches, burgers, pizzas and chicken wings. There’s also The Drop Off Pool Bar which serves light snacks, frozen drinks, beers and non-alcoholic beverages.

Using the resort’s pizza delivery service, you can satisfy your appetite without having to leave your room. After spending busy days in the parks, order a variety of pizzas, sides and drinks from your in-room phone.
